Workflow

PRELIMINARY STAGE

The first stage consists of a number of meetings between the customer and our consultants, to pinpoint primary and secondary developmental needs.

FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS

After a round-table with the client, the second step is aimed at creating a draft document to describe the functionality and flow of the examined product.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

After the approval of preliminary and functional analyses, the head of development will produce a technical report concerning the main development themes

DEVELOPMENT

During this phase, a project manager and a specialist are nominated to form a development team. Their objective is to assign tasks and to timetable the date of delivery through a series of project review meetings.

DELIVERY

At every project review meeting, and following previous agreements with customers, a section or functionality of the project will be delivered, therefore proceeding towards the final product through incremental functional steps.

ASSISTANCE AND MAINTENANCE

Our internal structure is organized in departments. This allows us to assist our customers at different levels, from first intervention to technical problem solving and debugging.
